All Plast Service once again in their attempt to offer practical solution to the industry people have indigenously developed fully automatic vertical Injection moulding machine. The Injection machine model that is small, compact yet efficient to cater to needs of the industry.

Vertical Injection machine model has very small footprints, is fully automatic and available with option for working with single phase or 3 phase power. Machine is very simple to operate and user friendly eliminating the need for high skill manpower to operate it.

Equipped with special designed screw for homogeneous mixing of polymer melt and toggle system for positive mould locking. The Programmable Logic controller (PLC) offer control precision for better quality and consistent output. The injection machine model can accommodate max mould size of 260x2600 mm and offers shot weight of 60 grams.

We at All Plast Service have designed this Injection moulding machine with intention to offer solutions to following industry requirements

1. Master Batch colour testing and colour chip moulding: Saving of polymer material, colour pigments and also low material wastage in colour changeover cleaning / purging during moulding of colour chips and colour testing.
