• Develop the Electrical circuitry, layout and bill of materials for New Product and New Features as per demand from market, internal and external customers, competitor product analysis and internal system improvements.
• Ensure that the design output meets the design-input requirements and confirms to all adopted design standards,
• Maintain, improve and upgrade the features of existing circuitry / layout for various machines.
• Ensure parts / component standardization to reduce variations wherever possible and work towards Indigenization of components.
• Work towards improving machine & human safety
• Coordinate with field Service, Aftermarket, Testing, Sales and Validation departments as well as Customers for troubleshooting and product upgrades.
• Provide on-shore and off-shore support on Global projects for existing machines.
• Identify and work on Cost reduction & Product improvement areas and take intitatives for improving Product Reliability.
• Maintain records as per ISO and other applicable standards.
